David joined Incom as a Junior Salesman shortly after the company was formed in 1989. Having progressed through "the ranks" of Field Sales, Sales Management and Sales Director, in 2004 David along with Co Director Jason Kilvert bought the company in a Management Buyout. Since then, the company has gone from strength to strength as they have embraced the necessary changes required to stay ahead of the competition in the fast paced industry of Telecoms and Technology.
Over the years David has been instrumental in securing prestigious national contracts with the likes of British Transport Police, Britannia Hotels, The Range Superstores and Volkswagen to name but a few. David is a keen Football fan and when not supporting Manchester City, can still occasionally be seen playing for Old Boltonians in the lower echelons of the Lancashire Amateur League, he is also the Vice Chairman of the Club. When not spending time with his Family, David is a keen runner and cyclist. Having completed his 1st Marathon last year he has set his sights on completing the London Ultra Duathlon in September! |

Jason joined the company in 1993 as a storesman. Some eleven years later, having progressed through purchasing, engineering manager and director, Jason bought the company along with David Hughes. The wealth of experience that Jason has gleaned through the various roles proves invaluable in the very smooth day-to-day running of the business.
Jason is both Microsoft and Cisco Certified, in addition to being trained to the very highest levels by our accredited telephony suppliers. This knowledge ensures that implementation of our systems are performed to the highest technical standard. When not spending time with his young family, like David, Jason enjoys spending time following the highs and lows of Manchester City. |

Steve began his career in IT after leaving school and by the age of 19 had set up his own IT business. Since merging with telecoms firm, Worth Comms, in 2003, Steve has commissioned networks and phone systems for many public and private sector businesses, including the NHS. He is Microsoft certified and his experience includes 12 years with Small Business Server.
Steve joined the board in October 2010, as part of Incom's acquisition of Worth Comms.
Away from his work life, Steve loves to spend time with his young family and also enjoys music, socialising and motocross. |

Grant joined Incom Business Systems in 2000 as a salesperson and is now the UK and Ireland Sales Director. Grant's management of major projects have ensured significant successes in the NHS and rail and hospitality industries.
Grant has recently been instrumental in significant projects in both Europe and the United States as the communications sector has evolved into a global market. |

Having joined the company in 2004 as a sales secretary, Debra now manages the entire European Operations team, ensuring the smooth transition of every order from cradle to grave. She also works closely with our Service Desk Supervisor to maintain our enviable reputation for quality of service in the marketplace.
When not working, Debra is passionate about live music and can often be seen attending various live gigs around Manchester. |

Paul is one of Incom's longest serving employees, having joined in September 1993. At the time, he had already been involved with some of the earliest networking and category five installations in the UK, and during his years with the company he has developed a knowledge base which now encompasses the most recent and flexible CTI applications. In this merged market, Paul's experience and depth of knowledge enables him and his team to install voice and data solutions for our customers to the highest technical standard.
In his spare time Paul is often found in the Lake District with his family, enjoying his love of the outdoor life.

Having originally joined the company in 1995 as a telecoms engineer, Andy made his return to Incom in 2007, bringing with him a wealth of experience of dealing with FTSE 100 companies and their highly-complex networks. His role as IT Manager involves the design and implementation of fully converged Voice and Data networks, which can include database integration with core telephony products and bespoke application development to suit a customer's needs. Whatever the business communication needs of a customer, Andy and his team can produce a completely tailored solution by customising communications platforms to fit the requirements.
Outside of work, Andy is something of a 'foody' - he particularly enjoys cooking (and eating!) authentic Italian cuisine. |

Having worked in the Legal profession since leaving University, culminating in the position of Partner at Manchester Law Firm Pannone, Kate joined the Incom Management team in 2010 as Commercial Manager responsible for all Contracts, HR and Legal advice. Bringing a mix of Legal and Commercial expertise, Kate ensures that Incom stay ahead of the game when it comes to all Contractual and Statutory issues along with looking at potential new sectors of the market.
When not spending time with her family, Kate can often be seen out running with her 2 German Shepherd dogs to keep fit! |

Louise first joined the company as Sales Secretary in 1995 before leaving to complete a BA in Media and Communication at Greenwich University. She returned to Incom in 2002, bringing with her experience in marketing and print journalism, and took up the position of Marketing Manager. During her time with the company she has undergone intensive training in web development and is now responsible for the company website content and email campaigns.
After leaving in 2006 to have her first child, Louise now works part-time, spending the rest of her time bringing up her young family. She occasionally(!) goes running in an attempt to keep fit and has completed three 'Bupa Great Runs' in the last two years, raising funds for the Stillbirth and Neo-natal Death Charity (SANDS) and Alder Hey Children's Hospital. |
