What We Do > Network Services |

Incom Network Services (INS) is our telephone calls and line provision service which we provide alongside our existing voice and data solutions thus giving our customers a single point of contact for all their communications needs. By purchasing your calls and line rental from us you will get one monthly bill, have one point of contact for all faults and queries and save money in the process.
Call Charges
Incom Network Services utilises a portfolio of top tier carriers to provide reduced rates for your telephone calls. Using a number of carriers means that we can offer the best option for your business, based on the type and quantity of calls you make. It may be that we recommend more than one carrier for your call traffic to give you the best rates for different call types. We provide a managed service for our customers, monitoring the tariffs of our suppliers to ensure that we continually offer the most competitive rates.
Non-Geographic Line Numbers
Incom Network Services can also provide you with FREE non-geographic numbers, ie. "local rate", "national rate" or "freephone". For a full list of the non-geographic numbers that we provide click here.
Non-geographic numbers can heighten your business profile, generate revenue on incoming calls or allow you to provide a freephone service to your customers. With call logging software, these numbers will also allow you to monitor response to individual marketing campaigns.
Line Rental
We still offer BT lines but at a reduced cost. The transfer from
your current line provider to INS is seamless with no disruption to service. As well as making savings on your telecoms spend you also get better customer service from us. We provide traditional analogue lines as well as digital ISDN2 and ISDN30 lines.
Internet Access
We offer competitive business broadband packages of varying speeds including Office 500, Office 1000 and Office 2000 with a fixed or wireless connection. Each internet order includes a FREE fixed IP address, which allows remote connection and all
the
network internet packages have a 20:1 contention ratio.
