manage the entire installation and commissioning of your new system.

as extension details and basic programming, and your
requirements and expectations from your new
system. This ensures that we understand your
needs thoroughly and helps to make the installation process as
painless as possible! Our
installations manager
will
liaise with
BT
or alternative network provider on your behalf and schedule
our engineers'
site
visits
to coincide
with
line provision
etc. Our
highly trained technicians will then endeavour to install your
new system whilst causing as little disruption to your working
day
as possible.
A professional trainer will visit site close to the installation
date in order to make staff familiar
with the new
equipment as soon as possible.
Furthermore, our service
desk and technical
support team are on hand to help with any queries or
problems you may have during installation and to provide the ongoing
maintenance and support for your system.
