The Association of Train Operating Companies (ATOC) is the voice of the passenger rail industry in the UK. ATOC needed a telecommunications solution for their offices in Russell Square, London, which would provide resilience, future proofing and a reduction in costs.

Incom Business Systems' solution was an NEC NEAX 2000 IPS with 140 extensions, Windows based PC interface for all users, call conference facility for up to 64 users, a bespoke outbound call package, a network Auto-Attendant and a disaster recovery plan.   As Campanile UK's preferred telecommunications supplier, Incom Business Systems maintain telephone systems in Campanile hotels across the whole of the UK and have recently installed Panasonic systems in "new build" hotels nationwide. One of the main requirements for the new systems was full integration with the front of house (PMS) system to allow increased revenue, improved customer service and better staff efficiency.

  Christopher Rodgers & Associates are a nationwide practice of Chartered Surveyors and Architects. The replacement of the telephone system in their National Operations Centre included the installation of an Aastra Ascotel telephone system with an 8 port voicemail / auto attendant, incorporating a unified messaging platform to enable the management of voicemail, email and fax through a single message centre.   The Wrightington Hotel & Country Club, privately owned and a member of the Best Western Hotel group, wished to upgrade from their analogue telephone system to a complete communications solution. Incom Business Systems' solution was the provision of Primary Rate digital lines with DDI numbers and the installation of a Mitel with voicemail. Each extension was configured with a mailbox and bedroom handsets featured a data point allowing internet access for hotel guests.   The Crown Spa Hotel is a privately owned, family run spa and hotel. The decision to upgrade from their analogue telephone system to a fully digital solution was driven by their desire to move from 3* to 4* AA rating.

Incom Business Systems solution was the provision of Primary rate digital lines with DDI numbers and the installation of an Aastra 2065 with CallExpress voicemail.   Metaldeck and The AA Group are two companies within the same group. The two directors wanted to fully integrate both sites and link home workers as though they are on one system in order to reduce costs and improve the efficiency of their communications. Incom Business Systems' solution was the supply of two Aastra IntelliGate telephone systems that were linked via a Baseband Premier circuit with VoIP resources. The new solution incorporated CTI, AIMS software and dramatically reduced costs on both companies yearly spend.

  Intelicoat Technologies have been a long standing customer of Incom Business Systems for over 12 years. Happy with the service that they had received they chose to stay loyal to Incom when deciding to uprgrade from their analogue Tie Onyx system. Incom Business Systems solution was the provision of an NEC-Philips IPS 2000 system with CTI to every desk, call management software, a disaster respose facility and an upgrade of their PA system.
