The Incom team were treated to a celebratory lunch today, to mark the 10 year anniversary since the management buyout of the company. During the last decade, Managing Directors David Hughes and Jason Kilvert have passionately driven the company forward, growing it from a turnover of circa £1m to a turnover in excess of £5m.
Since the buyout, the company has seen the acquisition of Yorkshire competitor, Worth Comms; the purchase of its head office building in Manchester; the increased scope of its products/services; record-breaking customer wins; and accolades - both for the directors’ commitment to staff – as well as for excellence within the business communications industry… And all this during a double dip recession!! Most recently, the business growth sees the opening of a Bristol office which further strengthens the company and compliments its existing branch offices in Bradford and London.
During the lunchtime party, Managing Director, David Hughes, thanked staff for their loyalty and hard work, and pledged to, "Reciprocate this loyalty over the next decade by continuing to grow the business year on year and ensuring that Incom remains a great place to work".
