CHANGING THE TIME FROM A
SYSTEM PROGRAMMING TERMINAL
- Logon to INDeX system with valid password
- Select the SYSTEM option from main menu selection and press
'Enter' key
- Select TIME and press 'Enter' key
- Enter new time
in the
same format as shown, including seconds (24-hour format) and
press 'Enter' key.
New time will be displayed
- Press the 'ESC' key until
you have returned to the main selection menu. 6. Type 'ex' (lower
case) to exit
and then
press the 'Enter' key.
- Disconnect from terminal session.
CHANGING THE TIME FROM A WINDOWS OPERATOR CONSOLE
- Click on SETTINGS in the Console menu-bar
- Click on TIME and
DATE
- Enter the date and time required using the formats as shown
in each box (to switch between the entry boxes use the 'RETURN' key
or click on the box required with the mouse).
- When finished press the
'ESC'
key. Note that both time and date must be entered.
CHANGING TIME FROM A ‘DT’ TERMINAL WITH SYSTEM MANAGER STATUS.
A PHONE WITH SYSTEM MANAGER STATUS CAN BE IDENTIFIED BY THE ‘SETUP’ OPTION
DISPLAYED ON THE PHONE WHEN IDLE.
- Press 'SETUP'
- Press 'TIME'
- Enter new time, e.g. 'HH MM SS',
in 24-hour format. If entered incorrectly press 'CANCEL' and re-enter
- Press 'DONE'. This will change the time on all phones.
